One social inbox for every comment
Comments from every connected account in a single queue - prioritised, routed, and answered with drafts grounded in answers your team actually approved.
Sorted by what needs you, not by what arrived last
Every conversation is read for intent, topic, sentiment, urgency and risk, and the queue is ordered by that rather than by timestamp. A refund request does not sit below forty emoji replies.
Every priority carries the sentence that produced it. A queue sorted by an unexplained urgent flag is one people stop believing after the first false alarm.
Spam is labelled, never deleted
Follower farming, crypto pitches and link dumps are detected and kept out of the main queue - but they are labelled, not hidden, and anyone can still open and reply to them. Nothing is removed from your account on your behalf.
Drafts you approve, or autopilot you control
SocialPro can draft a reply and hold it for a person, or send it automatically - per account, per post, with hourly and daily ceilings, business-hours limits, and a list of senders it must never answer.
Replies are grounded in a knowledge base your team wrote and approved. Where no approved answer covers the question it asks rather than inventing one, because a confident wrong answer under your own post is worse than a slower reply.
- Assignment to teams and people, with the automatic choice never overriding a human one
- Response times measured from real replies, with unanswered conversations excluded rather than counted as slow
- SLA tracking that runs on business hours, so an overnight message is not a breach
- Customer context: previous conversations, tags your team typed, and current sentiment
Questions, answered straight
Does it include private direct messages?
- Instagram DMs are ingested. Facebook Page and LinkedIn direct messages are not - Messenger needs a permission this app does not hold, and LinkedIn exposes no messaging API at all. The DMs tab says so rather than appearing empty.
Will it reply to customers without us seeing it?
- Only if you switch autopilot on for that account or post. It is off by default, and a low-confidence or high-risk draft is held for a person regardless.

Connect a channel and publish something. That is a shorter route to knowing whether this fits than any amount of reading.
