Social media management software for agencies
Every client separated, every post approved before it goes out, and the monthly report generated rather than assembled.
One login, every client kept apart
Organisations, departments and role-based permissions keep each client's accounts, content and analytics separate, so the person working on one client does not see another's. Adding a team member is a role, not a new subscription to manage.
Connecting accounts handles the arrangement agencies actually have: a Meta Business portfolio where you hold a role through the portfolio rather than on each Page. Pages shared with your portfolio by a client are discovered alongside your own.
Approval before anything reaches a client's audience
Drafts route to a reviewer and only approved content publishes. The audit log records who approved what and when, which is the answer when a client asks - rather than a search through a chat history.
- Per-client workspaces with their own connected accounts
- Approval gates, with permissions separating who drafts from who publishes
- Audit logs across approvals, assignments and account changes
- Shared inbox so client comments are answered by whoever is on shift
Advertising from the client's own account
Paid campaigns run against the client's own ad account, on their billing, and SocialPro names which account a campaign will spend from before it launches. Switching the account a campaign bills to always asks for confirmation, because it changes whose payment method is charged without changing a single number on screen.
A launch quotes the exact spend and refuses if that figure moved while the dialog was open.
Reporting that is not a monthly rebuild
Per-client reports across every connected network, exportable and shareable. Where a platform does not report a metric the report says so rather than substituting a zero - which matters more when the reader is paying you for the interpretation.
Questions, answered straight
Can team members be limited to certain clients?
- Yes. Departments and role-based permissions decide which accounts somebody can see and whether they can publish, manage billing or only draft.
Whose ad account does a campaign spend from?
- The one you explicitly bind to that campaign. SocialPro never picks an account for you, and it re-checks the binding at launch rather than trusting the one stored when the campaign was drafted.
See it on your own accounts
Connect a channel and publish something. That is a shorter route to knowing whether this fits than any amount of reading.
